Acceptance of these terms

By using the Baron Art website, requesting a consultation, or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book with us.

Our services

Baron Art provides custom tattooing, professional piercing, live flash designs, and custom-request intake across our studio locations. Information on this site is for general reference and may change; appointment details, pricing, and availability are confirmed by studio staff.

Booking, deposits, and payment

A booking fee or deposit may be required to reserve an appointment and, where applicable, is applied toward the cost of your service. Payments and deposits are processed by our third-party payment provider (Square). Rescheduling and cancellation terms are presented at the time of booking and are available on request. By booking, you authorize the applicable booking fee or deposit.

Age requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo. California law prohibits tattooing anyone under 18, regardless of consent. Certain piercing services may be available to minors only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who provides valid photo identification and consent at the appointment. The studio may decline any service at its discretion.

Health, results, and aftercare

Tattoos and piercings are permanent or semi-permanent body modifications. Healing and final results vary by individual and depend on following the aftercare guidance we provide. Our aftercare information is general and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Please disclose relevant health conditions before your appointment and seek medical care if you experience signs of infection or an adverse reaction.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, arrive prepared for your appointment, and treat our artists and staff with respect. We may refuse or stop service for safety reasons, intoxication, abusive behavior, or violation of these terms.

Intellectual property

Flash designs, custom artwork, and the content of this site (including images, text, and branding) are owned by Baron Art and our artists and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our artwork or site content without permission.

Third-party services

We rely on third-party providers — including Square for payments and Google services for scheduling, security (reCAPTCHA), and analytics. Your use of those features is also subject to the providers' own terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baron Art is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
